Our process begins with a walk-through and consultation to determine what features of the house and property need to be emphasized. Based on the home and its location, we decide which time of day would put the interior and exterior of the house in the best possible light. We then map out an efficient shot plan for video, stills, 3D Matterport, and floor plans.

 

With a proper plan in place, the day of the shoot is synchronized and coordinated. Our team has experience with high-end properties so our small crew works deliberately and takes the utmost care to leave the home as pristine as we found it. 

 

Upon capturing the property, all content is delivered to our editing staff, who touches up what is needed, and ensures delivery within 24 hours.
